”In-Home” shipping via common carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 weeks from the time the order is received by the manufacturer. You will be contacted approximately 3 weeks from the time the order is received to schedule a delivery appointment.
“In-home” delivery provides set up on existing frame. Frame must be already set up and clear of old mattress set. Delivery does not include removal of old mattress.
Delivery agent will call to set up delivery time prior to delivery. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You may track your deliveries through the AMJ Campbell tracking link https://amjtracking.cleardmanager.com. Orders may take up to 10 business days to be trackable online.
Upon delivery, please inspect the item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note "refused due to damage" on the receipt.
Delivery is subject to suitable access that allows for delivery to be made without damaging the purchaser's property, the product, or jeopardizing the safety of delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to terminate delivery and Costco will issue a refund.
Delivery agent may charge an additional fee in the case of extraordinary delivery requirements.

Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.
Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and will refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions:
1. Electronics: Costco will accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase for televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch-screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones and other products identified by Costco from time to time.
2. Diamonds: When returning items containing a 1.00 ct diamond or larger, Costco will require additional time to verify the diamond, in which case a refund will be approved upon positive verification. This process may require two to five business days.
Costco may in the future restrict its return policy regarding other products. Restriction will be shown at the point of purchase.
