”In-Home” shipping via common carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 weeks from the time the order is received by the manufacturer. You will be contacted approximately 3 weeks from the time the order is received to schedule a delivery appointment.

“In-home” delivery provides set up on existing frame. Frame must be already set up and clear of old mattress set. Delivery does not include removal of old mattress.

1. Delivery agent will call to set up delivery time prior to delivery. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You may track your deliveries through the carrier website tracking link http://www.homedirectusa/ordertrack.html. Orders may take up to 3 business days to be trackable online.
2. Upon delivery, please inspect the item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt.
3. Delivery is subject to suitable access that allows for delivery to be made without damaging the purchaser's property, the product, or jeopardizing the safety of delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to terminate delivery and Costco will issue a refund.
4. Delivery agent may charge an additional fee in the case of extraordinary delivery requirements.
