Costco does not operate pharmacies or provide the services referred to in these pharmacy web pages in the Province of Québec. Pharmacies are independently owned and operated in the Province of Québec.

When we say full service, we mean full service. Our philosophy of caring and our focus on value mean that at a Costco Pharmacy you will always receive a level of care and attention beyond what is normally expected of a pharmacy. Here are some more of the ways we serve you:

• Drug interaction/allergy checking Medications don't work in isolation. They can affect, and be affected by, other medications you're taking, and they affect your body. We check to make sure that your medications aren't interacting with each other, and that you aren't receiving a medication that could provoke an allergic reaction.
• IVR service Value means efficiency. We offer an interactive voice response system that allows you to order prescription refills over the phone and set a pick-up time so you don't have to waste any time.
• Late refill checking It's so easy to get busy and not get around to refilling your prescription. That's why we keep track of refills being picked up late and help you understand what this means for your health. We take the time to make sure your busy schedule doesn't hurt your health.
• Private and/or semi-private counselling room When you have a health concern you want to ask your pharmacist about, you may want privacy. Each Costco Pharmacy is outfitted with a private and/or semi-private counselling area that allows you the freedom to discuss personal health information in detail with your pharmacist.
• Health brochures We provide a wide selection of printed information on health care concerns for you to take with you.
• Quality products Costco is synonymous with value, and we give you great value on all the products you come to a pharmacy to buy:medications, herbs, vitamins, and other health care products, including our Health Balance® line of quality vitamins and herbals and our famous Kirkland Signature™ product line.
