These Caledon Farms vegan chews are made from 100% North Carolina sweet potato containing no additives, artificial preservatives or colours. The production system dehydrates sweet potato and processes them by hand to ensure there are quality chews in every bag. They have a remarkable nutrition profile being rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is a nutrient rarely found in dog food yet is essential for promoting a strong vision, while Vitamin A is a major contributor to a healthy immune system. A highly digestible carbohydrate these chews are high in both soluble and insoluble fibre in addition to being easy on the tummy. They have a low Glycemic Index which can help promote a healthy weight and keep blood sugar levels low.
