The call of the wild

After a long, cold winter, I get a little excited about summer. This issue has plenty of stories to help you make the most of our warmer months.

If you celebrate summer with road trips, “Road house,” this issue’s cover story is a journey into all things RV. Whether you’re an experienced RV-er or in the throes of buying or renting an RV for the first time, you’re sure to find useful information in this story.

This issue’s Special Section, Summer Recreation, is devoted to the season. If you love travel check out “Moving memories”, where several Costco members share inspiring memories of their favourite vacations booked through Costco Travel.

Do you love being outdoors right here in Canada? “Just move it” shares information about a variety of activities to help you enjoy nature all summer long.

Speaking of immersing yourself in nature, most experienced campers are probably familiar with the camping gear company Coleman; learn about the backstory of this long-time Costco supplier. And this issue’s Buying Smart examines the many ways Costco can help equip members with quality camping gear at amazing value.

The For Your Health section in this issue is also helpful, featuring stories to help you take care of your body so you can take part in all the activities covered in the Special Section.
