Inspire Fitness SF3 Smith Functional Trainer with Folding Bench

The Inspire Fitness SF3 Smith Functional Trainer is a one of a kind machine - blending the best of both worlds with a plate-free smith machine and full functional trainer all in one. Our signature red smith bar ties directly into the weight stacks, for a safer, more convenient, & more compact smith machine. It's designed with patented engineering that you won't find anywhere else.

Constructed of heavy-duty steel and finished with matte black powder coat, it's both beautiful and durable. The SF3 comes standard with two, 165 lb. weight stacks and 39 pulley positions to allow for complete freedom in any direction to exercise. When using the smith bar, you can take advantage of a weight multiplier feature that doubles the weight resistance, so it can handle you now and as you get stronger. The SF3 also features a fully-loaded accessory rack with a Dual Hook Curl Bar, Tricep Rope, 2 Rubber D-Handles, an Ankle Strap, Multi-Purpose Belt and (2) 5 lb. Add On Weights. The center of the machine houses a tablet holder, as well as a rack to store the included bench. Our popular Folding Adjustable Bench is included for Costco members, offering 6 adjustable positions for any exercise and folds flat to store away on the machine.

• Dual Weight Stacks: The SF3 comes standard with two, 165 lb. weight stacks. Constructed of solid guide rods with center-drilled weight plates, eliminating drag and allowing for a smooth gliding motion. Resistance Ratio 2:1, for a max weight of 82.5 lb. of resistance on a single pulley.
• Double Weight on Smith Bar: With a unique weight multiplier, you can double the resistance on the Smith Bar. Giving you a maximum of 330 lbs. of resistance on the built-in Smith.
• Plate-Free Smith Machine: The Smith Bar is unique, giving you a full smith machine experience without the bother of weight plates. Simply change your smith machine weight by resetting the pin on the weight stacks. Skip the hassle and hazards of weight plates. *Be sure to safely secure the Smith bar with the safety locking pin, when not in use.
• Fold & Store the Bench: Unlike most weight benches, the FLB2 by Inspire Fitness folds completely flat. You can slide it under a bed, or simply hang it from the built-in storage rack when not in use.
• Space Saving Design: We know that space is always tight in a home gym, that's why we made the SF3 to take up as little space as possible.
