• Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
• To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
• Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.
• Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery.
• Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time Window Details:

• Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
• Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).
• The delivery window cannot be modified. If you cannot meet your delivery time window the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). A recipient at least 18 years of age must sign for delivery to be completed. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery paperwork.

• A recipient at least 18 years of age must be home at the time of delivery as a signature is required for all deliveries. 
• Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt.
