Please select the Spa Cover Colour then Add to Cart and proceed to Check Out. You will receive an Order Number at the completion of check out. The Order Number is required to finalize customization of your order.
You will be contacted by the vendor within 24 – 48 hours (business days only) requesting a customization form be filled out with the spa cover shape and dimensions required. This e-mail will also include directions on how to measure your spa. If you need help with your customized order and process, please contact the vendor directly via email at officeadmin@hstsynthetics.com.
Customized spa covers are cold-crack resistant and contain UV inhibitors to protect from sun damage. Spa covers are built with high-quality materials and are thoroughly inspected to meet ASTM strength and safety standards. With 6 popular colours to choose from and customized to any shape, your new spa cover will not only protect your spa, but enhance it too!

1. Once the items ship, you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s website for more information on your delivery.
2. Your delivery cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. Standard deliveries are delivered during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Delivery hours may be extended during peak holiday times.
3. If Carrier attempts to deliver an order and there is no one home, the driver will do a Driver Release and leave the shipment for you.
*Door delivery is subject to exceptions; should your door require access by stairs, depending on package size, the driver may leave the package at the end of the stairs, near the garage or in the driveway.
Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
