Warranty:
- The At Home SPX® Reformer Package is intended for at-home use only. The Warranty shall be null and void if it is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas or any other type of commercial fitness facility. The At Home SPX® Reformers are not stackable and not upgradable to add a vertical frame.
- Springs must be replaced every two years to ensure safety, optimal performance and warranty coverage.

- Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
- To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
- Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be cancelled and refunded.
- Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery.
- Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.
- Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
- Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).
