AUX HVAC systems installed through the Costco come with a limited warranty on all products covering:
  • 12 years on parts;
  • 12 years on the compressor.

This coverage helps reduce the costs of unexpected repairs and provides you with lasting peace of mind for your long-term investment.

AUX HVAC products purchased through the Costco program are automatically registered after installation in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Certain limitations and exclusions may apply. Contact your participating AUX dealer for full details.

How it works:

1. Call 1-866-496-2032 or click the link above to check service availability in your area and schedule a free* consultation with an authorized AUX dealer near you.
2. An AUX specialist will visit your home to assess your heating, cooling, and air quality needs and recommend the solution best suited to your home.
3. Your equipment will be installed by an authorized independent AUX dealer according to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Please note that the availability of products and services may vary by region and participating Costco warehouse. Currently available in Saint-Jérôme QC, Terrebonne QC, Boisbriand QC, Sherbrooke QC, Lévis QC, Sainte-Foy QC, Chicoutimi QC and Rimouski QC.

*The Costco Shop Card varies depending on the purchase amount, is calculated on pre-tax amounts, and cannot be combined with any other offers. The Costco Shop Card is mailed 4 to 6 weeks after the system is installed.

**No consultation fee applies for residences located within a 40-km radius of a Costco warehouse served by a participating AUX dealer. Additional fees may apply for certain remote areas located more than 40 km away.

All payments must be made payable to Costco Wholesale Canada.

Personal information collected by Costco may be stored by Costco in the Costco warehouse where you shop, at our Canadian Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario and in Issaquah, Washington. Information provided to the Call Centre may be stored in Montreal, Quebec, Dallas, Texas and Houston, Texas.
