  • Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week. (Excluding Statutory Holidays)
  • Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

This is a fresh product with limited shelf life: product should be consumed in short period of time or frozen upon receipt. You will have about 8 days of shelf life once it gets delivered to you.Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend. This “Fior di Latte” fresh mozzarella cheese is a spherical spun paste table product. Contrary to many other fior di latter mozzarella on the market this mozzarella is dry (does not contain brine in its pouch) and it has a characteristic milky aroma. Milk has been obtained from local milk producers in Bergamo, Italy area.Features:
