How to Redeem:

• Once you receive your e-ticket follow the instructions to download the Go City app and sync your pass. Simply scan at your first attraction to activate the pass.

• The pass provides you access to 3 or 4 attractions.
• Pass is valid for 1 year from the purchase date until first activation.
• Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit. Once activated, your pass is valid the next 30 days.
• The Adult Pass is valid for individuals aged 13 years and above.
• The Child Pass is valid for individuals aged 3 to 12 years.
• Included attractions and experiences are subject to change, and days and times of operation may vary.
• Each attraction can only be visited once.
• For the best experience, sync your pass with the Go City app available on Android or iOS.
• Some attractions or tours require advanced reservations. Check the Go City app or digital guide for instructions, and make reservations well in advance.
• Popular attractions can be particularly busy, especially during holidays. Be sure to plan ahead.

FAQs

How will I receive my pass?
Your pass will be delivered via email to the “ship to” address provided within 24 hours. The email will be sent from orders@bookings.gocity.com.

How do I link my pass to the Go City App?
Once you have downloaded the Go City app to your phone, open your Go City confirmation email and tap “Sync your pass” from your mobile device. This will automatically connect your pass to the app, and you’ll be ready to go see it all! You can also sync your pass using your Go City order number and email address.

When is my pass activated?
Your pass is activated when you scan it at the first attraction. Exploring the app and using the itinerary planning tool will not activate the pass, so feel free to start planning your trip in advance.

Do I need to make reservations for attractions?
Although many attractions don’t require a reservation, some do need to be booked in advance. Look out for the ‘reservations required’ stamp in the app when browsing attractions. If a booking is required, just click on the attraction, and you’ll find all the information you need to make it happen!

How long do I have to use my pass?
You can use your pass to visit the number of attractions purchased over a 30-day period. Your 30-days starts when your pass is activated with your first attraction visit.
