All payments must be made payable to Costco Wholesale Canada, Ltd. Costco Shop Card amount varies based on purchase and cannot be combined with any other Shop Card rebate offer. Receive a Costco Shop Card by mail 4 to 6 weeks after custom install is complete. Speak to your Great Northern Insulation representative for more details. One rebate per household. Cannot be combined with other offers. Does not apply to previous purchases. All services provided by an authorized Costco dealer. Installation performed by an authorized independent installer.
Privacy: The call center is owned and operated by an independent third party.
