The Gualerzi antipasto meats are carefully carved from the finest parts of Parma pork, salted and cured to deliver naturally flavored prosciutto and culatta. Italian prosciutto has been aged for 14 to 16 months, while culatta has been curated for 12 months. All Gulerzi meats have been sourced from Italian pork and carefully selected according to the company's strict quality requirements. Both meats are pre-sliced and ready to enjoy on charcuterie boards, gourmet paninis, or wrapped around a thin slice of fruit.
