Medicinal Ingredients : 

• Psyllium (plantago ovata, husk) 3.4g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients : 

• Aspartame, Citric Acid, FD & C Yellow No. 6, Maltodextrin, Orange flavour, Silica

Directions (Dosage) :

• Mix one rounded teaspoon in 8oz of liquid 1-3 times per day. Stir briskly and drink immediately. For new users, start by taking 1 rounded teaspoon daily and gradually increase to 3 rounded teaspoons daily if needed or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

 
Cautions and Warnings : 
Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever or if you are taking thyroid medication. If you have chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide). Take a few hours before or after taking natural health products. Take during the day (not immediately prior to bedtime).
Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. Do not use if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate.
