Kirkland Signature Timed Release B100 Complex is a one-per-day formula providing the eight essential B vitamins needed for the maintenance of good health, with choline and inositol for comprehensive B vitamin coverage. B vitamins work together as coenzymes in many of the body’s biochemical processes. Coenzymes, compounds necessary for enzyme functioning, participate in many biochemical reactions involving energy release and other types of reactions. Because the body does not store them, B vitamins need to be consumed in sufficient quantities daily to support the maintenance good health. Methylcobalamin is the biochemically active form of vitamin B12 and is one of the preferred supplemental forms.
