Italian sharp (piccante) provolone is a cow’s milk cheese that saw its beginnings in southern Italy.  This piccante version has a pungent nose and a smooth, spicy pallet. Serve it with Italian olives and thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma or your favourite Italian-style cold cut. It is also a great grazing board cheese; try it with some red grapes, pears, figs, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives or hearty bread drizzled with olive oil.Features:
