In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to terminate delivery or deliver your order to the first dry area such as porch, or garage. - Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
- To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
- Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.
- Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery.
- Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.
- Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
