You are placing a pre-order. 

Your product will be made fresh for you by our Italian producers.

  • Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week. (Excluding Statutory Holidays)
  • Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend. This cheese is produced with pasteurized cow’s milk and matured for about 10 weeks. The paste has a white straw color with a soft consistency and a delicate flavor. Its flavor is sweet, with slight hints of milk and stable. It is an excellent table cheese with ciabatta type bread or accompanied by blueberry or orange jams and honey. Also excellent as an ingredient in recipes, to be melted in the oven, or over some grilled vegetables.
