A distinctly flavored, smoked, and cured ham that well represents the character of Alto Adige’s cuisine and history. Speck is much lighter in flavour due to its dry curing and characteristic aging processes, combined with unique climate, sun and clean air that contribute to its creation. Smoked using natural beech wood for a min of 5-6 months.Features:
