**There is no charge for the consultation if you live within 40 km of a Costco warehouse that is serviced by our Lifestyle Home Products service. If you are outside our service range, you will be notified if the service can be offered or a service charge applies.
All payments must be made to the attention of Costco Wholesale Canada.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after job completion for receipt of Costco Shop card. All services provided by an authorized Costco dealer. Installation performed by an authorized independent installer.
