It was designed to make weight adjustment as quick and easy as possible because with effective training, every second counts.Solid steel plates, CNC machining, and powder coated paint ensure long lasting plate durability. The hex shape of the plates prevents rolling for a safe and effective workout. Knurled and contoured, chromed steel handles are built to provide secure and comfortable use. The weight range of 5 - 25 lbs or 11 - 55 lbs allows users of all fitness levels the opportunity to execute a wide range of workouts without the added bulk and cost of multiple dumbbells.
