Room of Choice Delivery is included in the quoted price. This service provides delivery to the room of your choice. This service does not include set up, assembly of items, haul away or removal of packaging materials.
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee quoted at check out. The upgraded delivery service provides delivery to the Room of Choice, Packaging Removal and Assembly to the included TV stand/legs. The resting location of the TV must be cleared of all debris and existing TV(s) prior to the delivery team arriving. DOES NOT include Haul away and Assembly to fixed/flat mounts, tilt mounts, full-motion mounts, fireplace/TV stand mounts, ceiling mounts, and other mounts

- Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
- To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
- Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.
- Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery.
- Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time Window Details:
- Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
- Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).
- The delivery window cannot be modified. If you cannot meet your delivery time window the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.
Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). A recipient at least 18 years of age must sign for delivery to be completed. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery paperwork.
The Delivery Services offered are subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available inside your home, the delivery will take place via Threshold Delivery Service.
Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid to Costco.
