  • Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
  • To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
  • Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.
  • Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery.
  • Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time Window Details:
  • Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
  • Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).
     
Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). A recipient at least 18 years of age must sign for delivery to be completed. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery paperwork.

Backyard delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available to your backyard, delivery will take place at the first dry area, such as your garage or covered porch.

Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid to Costco.
