Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 7 business days from the time of order.
Standard delivery provides a door* delivery without signature. This service does not include haul away, setup or assembly of items, or removal of packaging materials.
1. Once the items ship, you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s website for more information on your delivery.
2. Your delivery cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. Standard deliveries are delivered during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Delivery hours may be extended during peak holiday times.
3. If Carrier attempts to deliver an order and there is no one home, the driver will do a Driver Release and leave the shipment for you.
*Door delivery is subject to exceptions; should your door require access by stairs, depending on package size, the driver may leave the package at the end of the stairs, near the garage or in the driveway.
Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
