A coupler in the middle of the sectional pole allows the top piece to “spin” 360°, preventing the flag from permanently wrapping the pole on a windy day. This kit comes with all the hardware and a 68.6 cm x 137.2 cm (27 in. x 54 in.) Canadian flag.
