Room of Choice Delivery is included in the quoted price. This service provides delivery to the room of your choice. This service does not include set up, assembly of items, haul away or removal of packaging materials.

Delivery Details:

• During the checkout process you will be asked to schedule your delivery appointment
• Remote areas; the carrier will contact you within 3-5 business days from your ship date to schedule.
• Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided the evening prior by an automated message
• The delivery windows cannot be scheduled in advance
• Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days from your purchase date
• A recipient at least 18 years of age must be home at the time of delivery as a signature is required for all deliveries. 
• Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt.

The Delivery Services offered are subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available inside your home, the delivery will take place via the Threshold of your home.

Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
