Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Signature is required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 20 - 30 business days from the time of order.

The estimated delivery time will be 4-10 business days in most areas from the time of order.

Haul Away: The old unit must be disconnected, empty, and clean prior to the carrier arriving. Haul away must be requested during and completed at the time of the delivery of your new appliance and includes only the removal of the old unit from the home. Preparing for Your Delivery

• Once the product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email.
• To schedule your delivery, click the “Schedule Appointment” link from your ship confirmation email and follow the online scheduling steps.
• Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.
• Our Partner Carrier will contact you by phone and/or email after 3 business days from the ship date to schedule an appointment in the event you do not schedule your delivery online. This may delay your delivery. If no response is received, it may result in the cancellation of your order.
• Available delivery dates vary by region, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time Window Details:

• Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
• Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).
• The delivery window cannot be modified. If you cannot meet your delivery time window the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). A recipient at least 18 years of age must sign for delivery to be completed. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery paperwork.

Delivery is subject to clear, safe access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.  Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to terminate delivery. Should this occur, the purchaser must contact Costco.ca for a refund.
