The FID3 by Inspire Fitness is a simple, strong, made-to-last adjustable weight bench. Known as the Flat-Incline-Decline bench, it's built with 7 total back pad positions and 3 total seat positions. Endless adjust-ability and heavy-duty upholstered pads mean both versatility and comfort for your workouts. Moving the bench in and out is simple with an easy to grab handle and rear transport wheels. Maximum weight capacity is 500 lbs.
