It helps you increase your muscle mass, strength, and stamina. The machine starts with a Smith-style press bar that includes adjustable safety stops and outside-the-frame bar catches, acts as a built-in spotter to perform bench presses and squats or other spotter-required leg exercises after removing the utility bench.

Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your ship confirmation email. If the order is not scheduled within this timeframe the order may be canceled and refunded.

Your 3-hour delivery window will be provided to the phone number in the shipping address the day prior to delivery by 8:00 pm Local Time.
Delivery windows will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (May vary by region).

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). A recipient at least 18 years of age must sign for delivery to be completed. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery paperwork.

Delivery is subject to clear, safe access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.
