The classic MedicAlert® gold-filled bracelet is designed with the splendor of gold. An affordable substitute, this gold-filled bracelet is easy on the eye and the pocket book. This gold-filled product was made by mechanically bonding a layer of 10K gold to an underlying base metal of copper. The gold layer on gold-filled products is approximately 100 times thicker than gold-plated products as it has been bonded with heat and pressure.
