Maple Terroir uses Canadian grown, non-GMO sweet Canadian corn. The kernels are hand-stirred in a large kettle using a traditional wooden paddle and are popped within minutes. Pure maple syrup, pure maple extract, Canadian canola oil, butter and other ingredients are slowly poured, cooked and blended into the popcorn, creating a delicious and authentic, hand-made Canadian pure maple butter popcorn. This gourmet popcorn is made only in small batches to consistently create this artisanal experience. The quality of corn used and the special technique avoids un-popped kernel to be found in this product.  Don't you hate it when you bite into one and gets stuck in your teeth, like many popcorn on the market?
