This 60-cup cooked Commercial Rice Cooker and Warmer is ideal for use in busy commercial kitchens, quick-serve restaurants, cafeterias and buffet restaurants, allowing you to prepare large quantities of cooked rice in one batch. Simply add rice and water and press the button for cooking. Once the rice is cooked, the unit will automatically switch to keep warm mode keeping the rice moist and warm. Built for commercial use, the exterior body is made of double wall stainless-steel construction with a heavy-duty heated stainless steel hinged lid. The non-stick removeable aluminum inner pot is easy-to-clean and has line markers to assist in the cooking process. NSF Certified for commercial use.
