Solid steel plates, CNC machining, and powder coated paint ensure long lasting plate durability. The hex shape of the plates prevents rolling for a safe and effective workout. Knurled and contoured, chromed steel handles are built to provide secure and comfortable use. The weight range of 5 - 25 lbs or 11 - 55 lbs allows users of all fitness levels the opportunity to execute a wide range of workouts without the added bulk and cost of multiple dumbbells.
