Grana Padano is a cheese originating in the Po River Valley in northern Italy that is similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. It is a hard cheese with crumbly a texture and is great on pasta or as a table cheese. Pair with fresh or dry fruit, nuts, olives and Italian bread. It is also excellent grated over anything from pasta to roasted artichokes.
