❝ I would like to share my appreciation for Rachel, who works at the Saint John store. On more than one occasion her sweet smile and willingness to help the customers have made my day! She gives 150% to her job! Just recently I misplaced my Costco card. I was in a line with a pretty big order and as usual I was running late. I had picked up something from the Photo Centre and unfortunately, I was very preoccupied admiring the beautiful photo of my daughter and I left my card there. Rachel noticed I was stressed rummaging through my giant purse at the checkout and she offered to help. I was so pleased when her sweet smiling face returned with my card!
