  • Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week. (Excluding Statutory Holidays)
  • Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend. Truffle cheese is tasty and pleasant truffle flavours are expressed in this rich truffle variety from Guffanti Formaggi, aged for 60 days.Saffron cheese is aged for 60 days boasts with mild, yet decisive flavours of black peppercorns and saffron. Its rich colour is impressive.  The Blue Toma cheese is a Piedmontese-style toma with the addition of the typical Gorgonzola marbling, aged for 90 days. The flavour in fact is delicate and buttery with classical, final aroma of the great Italian blue cheese.
